Recently renovated, the house is nestled in a tranquil rural area, only 6 kilometers away from the renowned Zoo de Doue la Fontaine and 15 kilometers from Saumur, the captivating horse capital.From here, you can easily explore the enchanting castles of the Loire, delve into the mysteries of mushroom cellars, and indulge in the finest wines the region has to offer. The limestone house is conveniently situated at the end of the owner's courtyard, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The living space spans 70 square meters, with 32 square meters dedicated to the cozy living area adorned with rustic exposed beams and stonework. The well-equipped kitchen includes a microwave for your convenience.
The living room features a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm) and a charming dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with loved ones. The spacious bedroom (16 square meters) boasts a double bed (140 cm) and an additional single bed (90 cm). The bathroom is modern and well-appointed, and there is also a separate toilet.
