Guest Room Description:This guest room is spacious, covering a total area of 23 m2. It features comfortable amenities including 1 double bed, 1 single bed (90 cm), 1 table, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, 1 chair, 2 chairs, and 1 TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and W.C.
For your convenience, the room is available for nightly rental and should be vacated by 12:00 pm. It can accommodate 1 or 2 people. To secure your reservation, we require the completion of a lease agreement and a deposit payment equal to 50% of the total cost.
Rest assured that all necessary linen, including a pair of sheets and towels, will be provided for your stay. Additionally, a relaxation area is available in a nearby house, accessible from 17:30 onwards by reservation.

Flat Description:This flat has a total area of 42 m2 and is equipped with a kitchen sink, dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, 1 electric hotplate, and 3 gas burners. It also includes 1 TV. The room features 1 double bed, 1 single bed (which can be used as a sofa), 1 tablet, 2 nightstands, 1 armoire, 1 wardrobe, and 1 chair. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and W.C.
The flat is available for lease from Saturday 15 am until Saturday 10 am. It is possible to rent the room furnished, but only under the conditions of the guest room. The flat can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons (with an additional 90 cm bed available for 1 child).
To confirm a reservation, the lease and a deposit payment of 50% of the total amount are required.
Upon arrival and departure, the condition of the flat will be assessed. Any damages or degradation to the premises or equipment will be the responsibility of the guest and must be repaired at their own expense.
A security deposit, equivalent to the rental price, is required upon receiving the keys. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damages are found.
An end-of-stay cleaning service is available for an additional fee of 31 euros.
Linens can also be provided at an additional cost. A pair of sheets can be rented for 4 euros, and 2 towels per person can be rented for 3 euros.
A relaxation area is located in a neighboring house and can be accessed by reservation starting from 17:30.
