The house is located in a quiet village of Scrignac.The ground floor consists of a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The mezzanine, with a ceiling height of 1.86m, offers a double bed. Amenities include electric heating, washing machine, TV, DVD player, and microwave. The enclosed terrace provides a comfortable outdoor space with seating, deck chairs, and a barbecue. Bed sheets are provided.
