The Villa is available for rent throughout the year and offers a spacious area of 170 sqm all on one level. It boasts two large terraces that provide shade and relaxation. At the pool level, there is a charming Provencal style barbecue where guests can enjoy a refreshing drink or a delightful dinner before or after a fun game of bowling.

The villa offers breathtaking views of the Rhone Valley, the exquisite vineyards, Mont Ventoux, and the majestic Alpilles. Guests can indulge in the private, heated, and secure 11m x 5m pool without any disturbances. The villa sits on a 1200 sqm plot with beautiful flowering trees, olive trees, fragrant lavender, and aromatic plants. Moreover, there is a spacious area perfect for various ball games.

Inside the villa, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, pots, pans, toaster, traditional coffee maker, and Senseo machine. The dining and relaxation area features a cozy fireplace, a TV, and a Blu-Ray/DVD player.

There are two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (160X200) and two bedrooms with two single beds (90X200). Additionally, there is a room with three single beds (90X200) equipped with a TV, DVD player, and Playstation 2 (16 sets available). For families with infants, two cots with foam mattresses that are dust mite resistant are provided.

The villa offers a bathroom with a bath and shower, another bathroom with a shower and WC, and a separate WC. A laundry room with a washing machine, freezer, and refrigerator is also available for guests' convenience.

To reach Villa Peyrolas, follow these travel directions:

1. Leave the motorway at BOLLENE.
2. Proceed on the D 994 road towards PONT ST ESPRIT.
3. Continue on the N 86 road until you reach BARJAC.
4. Take a left turn onto the D 901 road towards BARJAC / ST JULIEN PEYROLAS.
5. As you approach the village, go up on the left towards the cross.
6. After passing the cross, take the second road on the left, which will lead you to Villa Peyrolas.
