With its charming and rustic feel, the house is surrounded by nature and offers a big fenced yard for privacy.Inside, the living room is equipped with a kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, and electric plates. The comfortable sofa easily sleeps two people, ensuring a good night's rest. The shower room also includes a toilet for convenience.
Outside, a terrace awaits you with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and an umbrella for relaxation. Enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings without any neighbors in sight.

Additionally, there is a mezzanine with the possibility of adding two extra beds (double bed), although access to this area is impracticable.
The location is conveniently close to Orient Forest Park, with the lakes just a 10-minute drive away. The Troyes/Dienville bike path is also nearby, offering a great opportunity for outdoor activities. A supermarket is only a 5-minute drive away, and the city of Troyes, known for its magnificent architectural heritage and factory outlet stores, is just 10 minutes away. For a fun day out, the amusement park Nigloland is only 30 minutes away.
The property is available for rental starting from the weekend of 08/28/15. The weekend rate is 50 euros per night, while the weekly rate is 40 euros per night. For a full week (Saturday to Saturday), the price is 200 euros. If you are interested in a longer rental, please contact us for more information.
We also offer additional services for your convenience, including the rental of sheets for 10 euros, bath towels for 5 euros, baby accessories (bed, high chair) for 5 euros, and a cleaning fee of 20 euros upon departure.

Très satisfait
Nous avons adoré passer ce séjour dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et conciliants. Merci à eux. La maisonnette est très sympa et bien équipée. La terrasse est un plus. L'admission des animaux nous a permis de prendre soin de notre chien. C'était super !
