Welcome to our beautiful Provencal style villa, located on a spacious plot of 5000 sqm. With a total of 120 sqm, our villa comfortably accommodates 8-12 people, although it is ideal for 8 people. For larger groups, there is the option to include the dungeon valleys, which can accommodate up to 14 people.

The villa features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both indoor and outdoor. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a restful retreat after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. The living room is bright and airy, with tiled floors and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, there are 2 sofa beds available for extra sleeping arrangements.

The highlight of our villa is the private swimming pool, measuring 10mx5m. Surrounded by a beautiful terrace of 100 sqm, it is the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The pool area is equipped with 8 sunbeds for your convenience. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with your loved ones.

Situated in a quiet and residential area, our villa offers a peaceful escape in the midst of nature and countryside. With its south exposure, you can enjoy plenty of natural light throughout the day. The property is fenced and secure, providing a safe environment for children and pets.

In terms of location, Fayence in Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur is an excellent starting point for various hikes and walks. It is also conveniently situated near the Verdon Gorges, as well as the sea and the mountains.
