Price Beach Homes:
Our rates cater to families of 3 or more individuals. Each year, families with at least one child, honeymooners, and globetrotters can take advantage of discounted rates during the off-peak season. We provide comfortable cots with bedding and high tables for meals, as well as bicycles with child seats.

For 1 to 2 individuals:
During the low season (January, February, March, November, and December 15), our best rate, including VAT, is 10,800 XPF (90.5 €) per night for 1 to 2 people. This equates to 5,400 XPF or 53.63 € per person, with one person paying the fixed price of 10,800 XPF.
In the high season (April to October), the VAT rate is 12,800 XPF (107.26 €) per night for 1 to 2 people. This means 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person, with one person paying the fixed price of 12,800 XPF.
Stays of 1 to 2 days throughout the year will be charged the full rate of 12,800 XPF TTC (107.26 €) per night for 1 to 2 people. This amounts to 6,400 XPF or 50.28 € per person, with one person paying the package price of 12,800 XPF.

For 3 to 4 people and more:
During the mid-season (January, February, March, November, and December 15), our best rate, including VAT, is 14,800 XPF (124.02 €) per night for 3 to 4 people. This comes to 3,700 XPF or 31.01 € per person (based on 4 people).
In the low season (April to October), the VAT rate is 16,800 XPF (140.78 €) per night for 3 to 4 people. This amounts to 4,200 XPF or 35.2 € per person (based on 4 people).

This family-friendly accommodation is perfect for medium to long stays. Here's what we offer:

- A spacious and fully equipped new house with a kitchen and private amenities. Please see the detailed notes at the bottom of the page for more information.
- Enjoy a variety of benefits and leisure facilities, all included in your stay. Please refer to the detailed notes for more information.
- We are located close to a new catering service (50 meters) and a small snack bar (150 meters).
- We can supply your fridge before your arrival based on your list, and the cost of the groceries will be charged to you.
- Engage in sea and land activities, guided by a knowledgeable Polynesian who will help you discover the island and encounter manta rays (available from April to August). The rate for these activities is 3,000 XPF (25.14 €) per person for a minimum of 4 hours on Wednesdays.
- The dive center will provide free transportation to and from the residence.
- We now have a specially designed 4X4 vehicle for land exploration. Let us know if you're interested and we can arrange it for you.
- Take a guided tour of the island with Albert, a storyteller who will share legends and show you ten fascinating sites.

For a relaxing holiday, we offer a convenient meal delivery service directly to your house's terrace. Enjoy the stunning beach and lagoon views while dining and witness beautiful sunsets. We also provide a flexible boarding service that caters to your preferences, so you are not bound to a fixed meal plan. This allows you to manage your budget and enjoy a carefree holiday.

You can also take advantage of our partnership with a nearby catering service known for its hospitality, environment, and quality. Meals and breakfast can be delivered to your beachfront terrace free of charge.

Your bungalow is equipped with a full kitchen, an outdoor dining terrace, and a shaded barbecue area. Prior to your arrival, we can stock your fridge with groceries based on your list. The cost of the groceries and a shopping fee of 800 XPF (6.7 €) will be charged.

Near the residence, there is a small snack bar called "Mimi" on Tereia Beach, open daily until 3 PM. They offer good, hearty, and affordable dishes, although the menu is limited. In the village, you will find a small bakery and a restaurant with prices ranging from 1,200 to 1,800 XPF (10 to 15 €) per person. Delivery is available for 800 XPF (6.7 €). There is also a pizzeria that charges 200 XPF (1.68 €) per delivery (distance is 3.5 to 4 km or 2 km via a more adventurous but scenic route).

Through our partnerships with other guesthouses and restaurants, we can recommend additional beautiful sites for lunch or dinner, especially on the nearby islets. However, availability is subject to reservation 48 to 72 hours in advance.

A limited menu is available for weekends, featuring a few dishes for Saturday and Sunday nights. Please see the attached menu for more details.

There is a new small store called "KOKI" run by Mark and Melissa, which is open daily from 7 am to 8 pm on Sundays. We can arrange a stop there during your transfer if needed.

As the residence is located on the island, you have great freedom of movement and can easily access nearby areas by foot.

Throughout your stay, Lai, the manager, will be available to provide information, advice, and manage all services. If you encounter any issues, he will be there to assist.

Directions

To travel from Papeete, Tahiti to the island of Maupiti, you will need to take a flight which lands on the island. Starting from October 1st, 2010, there is a transfer package available for transportation to and from Village Dock Residence and Maupiti. The cost is 1000 CFP francs or 8.38 € per person, with a half price discount for children aged 2 to 12, and free for babies. This fee will be paid upon departure. If you arrive at the airport, you will be on a small island called a motu. From there, you can take a shuttle boat to the village settlement. The cost for the boat ride is 500 XPF (€ 4.19) per adult and 300 XPF (€ 2.51) per child. When you arrive at Maupiti Residence, you will be greeted by Lai, the manager, in the traditional Polynesian way with a flower lei.
