Description for B&B:

Experience a delightful getaway at the enchanting "Mas des Sources," nestled in the charming hamlet of Le Fayet, within the picturesque village of Sanilhac. Situated halfway between Largentière and Joyeuse, and in close proximity to the Ardèche and Beaume gorges, this idyllic retreat offers a perfect respite.

Perched above the captivating Blajoux valley, this haven is surrounded by a serene pine forest, creating an ideal setting for tranquil walks in a pristine environment. Beginning from July 1st, the proprietors are pleased to offer two exquisite bed and breakfast rooms in a peaceful and natural ambiance. Choose between the spacious suite or the "patio room," adorned with soothing grey and off-white tones that harmoniously blend with the natural materials and treasured antiques, thoughtfully sourced from the renowned "Brocante" market, including a remarkable antique chest of drawers discovered in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.

Crafted by the owner himself, the house embodies the authentic essence of the region, evident in every detail, from the traditional roof tiles to the sandstone walls and floors. Flooded with natural light, courtesy of its sliding glass doors, the house exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Located on the ground floor, the rooms are bathed in brightness, enhanced by whitewashed walls and antique furnishings delicately finished in white and grey. Linen curtains, lovingly crafted from fabrics sourced from the Brocante in Beaucaire, adorn the windows, adding a touch of elegance.

The expansive suite, boasting 50 square meters of space, boasts a private entrance, showcasing a natural stone floor and a ceiling adorned with wooden beams. Sunlight filters through the large glass doors, opening onto an indoor patio and a covered terrace. The room features a queen-size bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and a cozy stove. You will be captivated by the countryside charm and exquisite antiques that distinguish this room.

The standard room, spanning 30 square meters, opens onto an indoor patio through two generous glass doors and is adorned with a delightful blend of white, off-white, and grey tones. Equipped with a comfortable double bed and a tastefully designed bathroom with a shower, this room offers a serene retreat. Bask in the rejuvenating southern sun on the terrace, complete with a natural spring water pool. Alternatively, find solace beneath the shade of a fragrant linden tree in the garden or unwind by the swimming pool or in the sauna.

Appréciations pour Le Domaine du Fayet, Sanilhac:

Weekend entre amis Maison Académie
Review by: Axelle, Juin 14 2016 11:31AM
