This cottage is ideally located at the crossroads of three beautiful regions, making it the perfect base for exploring the Pays de Loire, Brittany, and Normandy. In Pontmain, you can visit the paths of Mont Saint Michel and explore the Oblate Park with its magnificent century-old trees, which is also the starting point for hiking trails. Don't miss the opportunity to admire the stunning Castle of Mausson, the basilica of Pontmain, or the medieval fortress of Fougeres.

Inside the cottage, you will find a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a toilet. Upstairs, there are two single beds on a mezzanine, a bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot (160), a shower room, and another toilet. The cottage also offers a WIFI connection.

Outside, you will have an independent entrance and a private fenced garden. You can enjoy the garden furniture, play table tennis, and use the barbecue for outdoor meals. Additionally, there is a 20m² annex room available for storing bicycles and children's games. Small dogs are allowed upon request.
