This spacious detached house measures 100m² and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across two levels.On the ground floor, you will find a generously-sized living room with a contemporary fireplace, connected to a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The large windows in the living room offer ample natural light and stunning views of the garden, which faces south and west.
The first floor of the house features a versatile space that can be used as a play area or an office, as well as a large bedroom with two twin beds measuring 80 cm each.
The beautiful 3600m² walled garden is filled with lush vegetation, including mimosas, agapanthus, palms, bamboo, camellias, and an abundance of hydrangeas. The garden is a haven for birds, who have made it their home.
The house is equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and various small appliances. Outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and electric heating are also provided for your convenience.
