Description for Gite

Looking for a place with a pleasant climate all year round? Look no further! Our cottage offers a moderate climate throughout the year, allowing you to enjoy spring, summer, autumn, and even winter. Plus, we have an amazing indoor swimming pool that is heated and covered, so you can swim and relax regardless of the weather.

The house itself is beautifully restored, respecting the local architecture. Located near the charming medieval village of Saint-Cyprien, our cottage (85 m2 - 3 bedrooms) is just a 2-minute walk away from all the attractions and amenities the village has to offer. You can explore the local markets, indulge in delicious food at restaurants, and find everything you need in the nearby shops.

Comfort is a priority for us, which is why our cottage can accommodate up to 7 guests. The interior is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities. You'll find 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (en suite), a cozy living room with a fireplace, an American fridge with ample storage space, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, a microwave, and a breakfast set including a coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, and kettle. Central heating ensures a cozy atmosphere throughout the year. Each room has its own entrance and direct access to the terrace.

If you're traveling with little ones, we've got you covered. We offer baby equipment, including a cot with linen, a high chair, a stroller, and a bathtub. Additionally, we provide household linen such as sheets, towels, and kitchen cloths. Please note that swimming pool towels are not provided.

Now, let's talk about our amazing swimming pool and garden. The indoor swimming pool is heated and covered by a Climabris system. The high shelter can be adjusted to your liking, thanks to its telescopic design. The side panels can be raised by hand, allowing access to the full length of the pool. The sliding doors are lockable for safety. The pool measures 4x8m with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m, and features a romantic staircase, a diving pit, and a counter-current swimming option. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times while using the pool, and follow the safety instructions provided at the entrance of the shelter. A mandatory shower before each swim helps maintain cleanliness. The swimming pool is only shared during the low season.

Outside, you'll find a terrace with a covered seating area and a BBQ, perfect for outdoor dining. The garden spans 600 m2 and includes a children's adventure playground and parking space for 2 cars.

Don't miss out on the opportunity to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in our cottage, where you can swim all year round and explore the beautiful surroundings of Saint-Cyprien.
