Located in the "Les Marines" residence, there is a large car park available for your convenience.Situated just a short distance from Lake Tanchet and only 600m from the beach, this residence is ideal for those who love outdoor activities. The surrounding area offers bicycle and hiking paths right at your doorstep. You'll also find various amenities within walking distance, such as bakeries, newsagents, supermarkets, and restaurants. For a larger shopping experience, a large supermarket is just 2km away. Additionally, there is a restaurant with a pool located right at the residence.
Inside the apartment, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette with hot plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The dining area is spacious and the living room opens up to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140cm) for two people.
