Chantal and Jean-Claude warmly welcome you as their friends to their luxurious air-conditioned villa. The villa boasts a swimming pool available from April to mid-October, as well as a stunning landscaped garden and a fenced park spanning 6300m². Within the park, there are various games such as bowling, trampoline, ping pong, volleyball, and a playground with a carousel and slide for children. Please note that parental supervision is required for the safety of the children.

You have the opportunity to rent the entire property, which includes the villa with 4 bedrooms and additional outbuildings, for a few weeks during the Parisian school holidays. Linen will be provided for your convenience. Please contact us to check availability as we also host our children and grandchildren.

From September to June, we offer guest rooms for your stay. Our "Bed and Breakfast in the colors of Cezanne" features a spacious 25 m² room with an en-suite shower room and a private terrace. It has its own independent entrance and can accommodate up to 2 additional beds upon request. We also have a family suite consisting of 2 rooms, which is perfect for parents traveling with children. The suite offers a large covered terrace and a lounge in the veranda.

During your stay, you will enjoy a delicious breakfast, which is included in the price. Additionally, you will have access to our shared summer kitchen for preparing snacks. We are more than happy to recommend restaurants, provide information on hiking trails, and suggest tours of Aix en Provence and Marseille. We can even provide you with circuit maps and itineraries for your day trips.

We are excited to welcome you to our home in Provence and share our beautiful house with you. Alternatively, we are also open to entrusting our house to you.

Description for Gite

You can rent the entire property during school holidays or by request, depending on availability. This includes a spacious single-story villa with four bedrooms and a living room equipped with air conditioning. The villa also features a veranda, three bathrooms, and four toilets. Inside the house, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen, while outside there is another fully equipped kitchen on the patio, complete with a barbecue and plancha. Additionally, there is a pool house with toilets and storage for pool and outdoor equipment.

The highlight of the property is a large swimming pool measuring 105 m². The pool comes with integrated features such as a Jacuzzi blower, water jets, swimming against the current, and a massage nozzle. It has a small flat bath area of approximately 20 m² in the triangular section, with a soft slope ranging from 1 m to 1.80 m in the rectangular part. The pool also includes a 1.80 m deep diamond diving pit. There is a small ledge around the pool for easy access. Pool heating is available through solar panels from April to October, depending on the amount of sunlight. The water temperature ranges from 26°C to 30°C in summer and 20°C to 25°C in spring.

The property sits on a beautifully landscaped and enclosed park, covering an area of 6300 m². The park is adorned with flowers, pine trees, and oak trees, and offers various games for entertainment. Linen is provided for your convenience.

For security, the property features an electric gate with remote control and a visophone system. The garden is automatically watered.

A delegate will visit once or twice a week to check the pool and garden, ensuring they are well-maintained. They will perform their duties discreetly.

Please note that our cat, Hérane, will remain on the premises during your stay. The cat will have its own reserve of food and water in the garage. Hérane is a shy cat, so you may not see much of her unless you try to coax her out.
