Introducing the New Owners of Villa Casa Blanca! This magnificent Creole-style house has recently undergone a makeover and is now ready to welcome guests. With 70 m2 of space, it is ideal for up to 4 people (plus a baby) and offers a private pool without any neighbors overlooking it.

Situated in the beautiful municipality of Saint-François, along the route to Pointe des Châteaux, a classified and protected site known for its exceptional landscapes, Villa Casa Blanca is part of the Karukéra resort complex. Within the complex, you'll find the craft village and the House of Coco, perfect for exploring local culture and craftsmanship.

Access to one of Guadeloupe's most stunning beaches, Anse à la Gourde, is just a short walk away through a private road. Additionally, the nearby Salines beach and Tarare (a naturist beach) as well as various coves in the lagoon offer plenty of options for beach lovers.

The resort of St. Francis boasts impressive infrastructure including a casino, an 18-hole international golf course, a marina, a port, an airfield, and a variety of restaurants and shops, ensuring that guests have everything they need for a memorable stay.

Situated on a 525 m2 plot of land, the house features a spacious living room, a kitchen with two bars overlooking the pool, and two bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds, plus a cot) each with their own air-conditioned bathroom and toilet. The house is well-equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher, a washing machine, traditional ovens, a microwave, a TV, a DVD player, and 3G Wi-Fi via a domino internet device. Linens are provided, and the house also has a safe and electric shutters for added security.

Outside, guests can enjoy dining on the large covered terrace while taking in the views of the spacious L-shaped private pool, which uses salt water for a more enjoyable swimming experience.
