Our bed and breakfast accommodation offers two rooms, each with its own private entrance. La Forge is a delightful room designed for two people, featuring two comfortable single beds (with the possibility of an additional bed if required), a private bathroom, and a charming terrace. La Souche, on the other hand, provides a cozy retreat with a double bed, a private bathroom, and a lovely terrace.

Description for Gite

Le Trincou Cottage is a charming accommodation that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The spacious living room features a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer. Adding to the cozy atmosphere, a large stove with a wood burner is also available. The cottage offers two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with two beds each. There are two bathrooms, one with a convenient walk-in shower and two sinks, and another bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for added convenience. Outside, guests can enjoy their own private terrace furnished with a garden table and chairs.

La Petite Verte is a delightful, detached self-catering holiday house designed to accommodate two guests. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140 x 200), and a small bathroom with a toilet. The kitchen and living room area is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer. Similar to Le Trincou, La Petite Verte also offers its own terrace with garden table and chairs, providing guests with a lovely space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Located on the edge of the forest, this charming cottage offers a picturesque view that adds to the overall enchantment of the stay.

Directions

Travel Directions by Car:

1. To reach La Verte from the north, the usual route is via Paris.
2. From Lille, follow the A1 towards Paris. Once in Paris, follow the signs for Bordeaux. This will lead you onto the A10 in the direction of Orléans.
3. Near Orléans, take the exit towards Clermont-Ferrand/Toulouse/Vierzon onto the A71.
4. Close to Vierzon, continue on the A20 towards Toulouse/Limoges.
5. From this point onwards, the road is duty-free.
6. Take exit 28 towards Angoulême/Aéroport Bellegarde/Périgeux.
7. Keep following the signs for Périgueux, which will lead you onto the N21 towards Châlus/Périgueux.
8. After Chalûs, continue on the N21 for approximately 4 more kilometers until you pass Firbeix.
9. Following Firbeix, you will notice prominent signs indicating Grottes de Villars. Follow these signs (D82).
10. After Miallet, continue following the signs for Villars until you reach the junction with the D707.
11. Take the direction towards Milhac de Nontron.
12. In Milhac, make a left turn towards Villars.
13. After 3 kilometers, turn right when you see the sign for Laschenaud.
14. Continue along the road, and you will soon arrive at La Verte.
