Welcome to the charming Bretons Nantais house! Situated just a short 10-minute drive from the city center of Nantes and a mere 5-minute walk from the Pont Rousseau station (tram and b), this location is perfect for exploring the area. Nestled on a peaceful street near a bustling shopping district, this hidden gem is a tranquil retreat. As you enter through the beautiful blue gate, you will find a cozy 28 m² house that was built in 2013 and meets all the standards of sustainability. Surrounding the property is a garden currently being developed, filled with aromatic and medicinal plants. Step inside the front door and you'll be greeted by a sunlit living room that faces south. To the right, you'll find a discreet and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, combi microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge with a freezer compartment. The living area features a comfortable 2-seater sofa and a coffee table, perfect for relaxation. For your convenience, there is a flat screen TV with an orange box, telephone, wifi connection, and a stereo system. An office space separates the amenities, including a separate toilet and a bathroom with an Italian-style shower. Near the front door, a staircase leads to the mezzanine sleeping area, which includes a cozy 160x200 bed and a clock radio. The cottage comfortably accommodates 2 people, with the option for a baby cot upon request. Upon arrival, you'll find the bed made and towels and linens provided. Additionally, we offer various amenities such as coffee, tea, condiments, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. We also provide a parking space located within 100 meters of the residence. Our friendly staff speaks fluent English and German, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. If desired, a delicious breakfast basket can be provided for an additional fee of 6 euros per person. The vibrant city center of Nantes is a quick 10-minute tram ride away, while the airport and Nantes station are just 15 minutes away.
