Welcome to The Lodge of Huchier! This charming cottage, awarded with 3 "Gîtes de France" ears, offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The cozy living room features a fireplace and two beds, while the fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and Vito hob. The cottage also has a washing machine, bathroom, dressing room, and a bedroom with two additional beds, as well as a fold-out chair bed for emergencies.

Stay connected with our wireless internet access, and enjoy the enclosed outdoor space with a table tennis table, garden furniture, barbecue, garage for cars and bicycles, and a garden with a charming pergola.

Our rates are as follows:
- February Vacation: 200 euros per week
- Spring Break: 240 euros per week
- Summer Holidays (July to August): 290 euros per week
- Off-peak season (December, January, February): 200 euros per week
- Off-peak season (May, June, September): 240 euros per week

For shorter stays, we offer weekend and mid-week rates of 125 euros per night, with a variation of +/- 30 euros.

We also provide optional services such as sheets rental (7 euros per person), towel rental (5 euros per person), and end of stay cleaning (30 euros).

We accept checks as a form of payment. The cottage is located in Nuits-sur-Armançon, near the village of Ancy-le-Franc, which offers all amenities. It is also in close proximity to important historical sites such as the medieval village of Noyers/Serein, the historic site of Alesia, the eternal hill of Vezelay, and the castle Guédelon.

Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy fishing, forests, hiking trails, golf, and the Burgundy Canal cycle route. The cottage is also conveniently located near the vineyards of Auxerre, the cellars of Chablis and Tonnerre, and is situated between the Burgundy Canal (bikeway) and the SNCF train line connecting Paris, Dijon, and Lyon. The village itself has a train station, Nuits sub-Ravières, which offers TER Bourgogne train + bike services, and the TGV station in Montbard, just 18 km away, making it an ideal starting point for hikers and tourists.
