The bathroom features a bath, toilet, and glass roof.

This split-level apartment can accommodate two adults and one child, with the option of adding a rollaway bed or baby cot. Bed sheets and bath towels are provided, even for weekly rentals.

For an additional fee, guests can enjoy breakfast, which can be served either inside or on the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. Access to the pool is free for all guests.

With its Duplex layout, the loft can comfortably accommodate two adults and one child, with the option of an extra bed or cot if needed. Bed linen and towels are provided, even for weekly rentals.
For those who desire a delightful start to the day, breakfast is available as an optional extra. It can be enjoyed either inside the loft or on the terrace, which is shaded by a pergola and overlooks the inviting pool.
Guests are welcome to enjoy free access to the pool during their stay.

To find us:
Exit the (A8) motorway at exit N° 31 Cuques/Val Saint André.
Take the final exit off the roundabout onto Avenue Malcrida and continue driving along Gambetta boulevard, passing two more roundabouts.
Once you reach the end of Gambetta boulevard, make a right turn onto Carnot boulevard.
After passing the third set of traffic lights, turn right onto Cours des Arts et Métiers, following the signs for Pont de Béraud.
At the end of Arts et Métiers, make a right turn onto Avenue Fontenaille.
Continue past the Intermarché supermarket on your left and, at the first set of lights, make a right turn onto Traverse Baret.
Our address is 52 Traverse Baret, a house named Le Palmier. This is a cul-de-sac, and our accommodation is located at the very end, behind a dark grey gate.
