Maison Du Montitier is a holiday Gite located in Normandie and managed by James and Jacqueline Cunningham, who originally come from Cumbria in the northwest of England. This recently renovated barn conversion offers two spacious bedrooms suitable for families, each equipped with en suite facilities, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, radio, and Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Le Mont St Michel. Additionally, bed and breakfast options are available. With the inclusion of a travel cot and highchair, the Gite can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.

Conveniently situated just four minutes away from the historic Le Mont St Michel, Maison Du Montitier resides on the border of the picturesque region of Bretagne. Nearby towns such as Avranche and Pontorson offer a wide range of excellent shops and restaurants. Furthermore, the lovely beaches of Cancale, known for their delectable mussels and oysters, can be reached within a 40-minute drive.

The Gite features a charming patio area perfect for alfresco dining, as well as a spacious and secure garden where children can freely play. The property is also licensed to serve evening meals and drinks.

In addition to our main house, we are proud to offer a brand new one-bedroom Gite located in the charming village of Servon, only 7km from Le Mont St Michel and 3km from our main property. This cozy accommodation features an open plan living and dining area on the ground floor, making it an ideal choice for two to five people.
