Welcome to Villa Charlotte, a charming holiday home located in downtown PORNICHET, just 250 meters away from the beach and spa. Situated at the heart of the bustling city and surrounded by shops, this villa is the perfect choice for your vacation.

With the CLEVACANCES label and acceptance of holiday checks, Villa Charlotte can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The villa offers a range of amenities including a fully-equipped kitchen with a cooking tray, washing dish, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, and a senseo machine. You will also find a kettle, grill bread, and all the necessary dishes and utensils for your convenience.

The dining area features a modern table and chairs, creating a pleasant atmosphere for your meals. The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, cabriolets, coffee table, furniture, TV, and a hi-fi system for your entertainment.

The villa also includes a bathroom with a large shower cabin and a washbasin, as well as a separate bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a first bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, and a wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two bunk beds and a sleeping loft, along with another wardrobe.

Outside, there is a patio terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy your meals and a plancha for your grilling needs. You can also relax on the deckchairs provided.

Additional amenities include an iron and ironing board, a clotheshorse, and central heating. Please note that there will be a meter reading during the winter period from October to May.

Linen is included in your stay, with bedsheets made on your arrival, towels, shower sheets, and kitchen towels provided.

Please take note of the following rates and reservation information: The night rate applies to stays from Sunday to Friday, excluding public holidays, with a minimum booking of 3 nights. The weekend rate applies to Saturday nights and holiday eves, with a minimum reservation of 2 nights. There is a discounted rate starting from the 4th night, and it is possible to accommodate a 5th sleeping arrangement for an additional fee of 8€ per night. Pets are welcome with a fee of 25€ per stay.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour à la villa Charlotte. c'est une agréable maison, au calme, joliment décorée et bien équipée à deux pas des commerces et à une dizaines de minutes à pied de la plage.
Propriétaire très sympatique.

maison très propre et très bien placée en centre ville mais au calme. Pas besoin de voiture : plage, commerces, golf, la Baule... tout est à proximité, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Belle décoration ! A recommander.
