EXPENSES INCLUDED RATES
The rates for this property vary based on the number of people and the length of stay.
For 4 people, the rate is 100 euros per night or 650 euros per week.
For 6 people, the rate is 110 euros per night or 700 euros per week.
For 8 people, the rate is 120 euros per night or 750 euros per week (with 2 additional persons sleeping on a sofa bed in the office or living room).
These rates include all expenses such as electricity, wood heating, gas, water, sheets, towels, and table cloths. The house will be heated on the day of arrival and welcome drinks will be provided.

MOUNTAIN HOUSE
This charming mountain house is located at an altitude of 620 meters, close to the thermal spa of Bagneres de Bigorre. Situated in the Baronnies, an authentic PYRENEES region, it offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The house is a former farm built in 1839 and has been renovated using natural materials and traditional techniques, maintaining its local architecture and charm. With a personalized decor and cozy atmosphere, it provides a peaceful and relaxing environment. It is equipped with modern amenities such as a flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player, library, stereo, and high-speed wireless internet. The house is heated with wood, except for the bathroom which has electric heating. It has two floors, with bedrooms and an office on the first floor, and a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, veranda, bathroom, laundry room, and dressing room on the ground floor.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The house can accommodate up to 6 people. It has two bedrooms with double beds (160 and 140), a veranda room with a sofa bed (140), and a sofa bed for 2 people in the office or living room (for 2 additional people).

The south exposure of the house ensures plenty of sunshine and the spacious terrace allows for outdoor dining while enjoying the mountain views. The property also includes a courtyard and a large sports area (1000m²) for relaxation and various outdoor activities.
