This spacious cottage is 143 m2 and can accommodate up to 6 guests with its three generous bedrooms. It is conveniently situated at 4 Aillianville road in Lafauche, separate from the guest room.Boasting a traditional charm with stone walls and exposed beams, this house is nestled at the foot of Lafauche Castle, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The authentic atmosphere of this place creates the perfect environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. Everything has been thoughtfully provided to ensure a comfortable stay both inside and outside the house.
The ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds), a shower room, and a toilet. Additionally, there is a charming veranda with garden furniture and an outdoor terrace equipped with more garden furniture and a barbecue.
On the upper floor, there is a mezzanine lounge area and another bedroom with a king-size bed. Guests also have access to a private library garden, which is adjacent and enclosed, along with the option of utilizing the orchard for more space. Private and secure parking is available on-site.
The cottage comes with a range of amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kitchenware, appliances such as a blender and toaster, and entertainment features like a large-screen TV with satellite package, DVD player, PC, Wii, stereo system, internet and telephone access, and wifi.
