Welcome to our charming 3-star gite hotel, conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the historic city center of Besancon. This delightful cottage is perfect for small groups or families seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.Situated on the first floor of a beautifully renovated old house, our gite offers a peaceful countryside setting. You'll find all the necessary amenities within a kilometer, including shops, a post office, a pharmacy, a bakery, and a hairdresser.
Inside, you'll discover three tastefully decorated rooms that provide the utmost comfort. Stay connected with our unlimited free Wi-Fi and take advantage of our fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, bread machine, and all the necessary dinnerware and cookware. The spacious 35m2 living room boasts a comfortable sofa, chairs, a table and chairs for 6-7 people, a flat-screen TV, and TNT channels. The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine, and there is a separate toilet.
Our gite was completely renovated in April 2014 and has a lovely terrace with a table and high stools, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. You'll also have access to private and free parking on-site for 2-3 vehicles. We are happy to provide baby equipment upon request, including a highchair and a cot.
Our location is conveniently close to Micropolis, Minjoz Johns Hospital, Hospital of Franche Comté, CFPPA, and more. Whether you're planning a week-long holiday, a weekend getaway, or any other type of stay (with a minimum of 2 nights), our gite is the perfect choice.
Gas, water, and electricity are included in the price, and there is an optional cleaning charge of 60 euros. Sheets can be provided for an additional fee of 10 euros per bed. The gite comfortably accommodates 2 double beds and 3 single beds, with 2 cots available upon request. We welcome pets free of charge, but kindly ask that you inform us in advance.
