Situated just 3 km from Marennes and 5 km from the island of Oléron, this fully furnished vacation rental boasts a 3-star tourism rating and complete independence from the owners. The property offers a tranquil and serene atmosphere, made possible by its expansive 1000m² garden and large heated swimming pool (10X4) with comfortable sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. Please note that the swimming pool is available from May to October, subject to favorable weather conditions in May and October.

Your suite is located on the mezzanine level of the house, ensuring your privacy and seclusion. The entire lower floor, approximately 80m², is exclusively reserved for your use, allowing for complete independence. The spacious suite features a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 160-sized bed and ample storage space in a large wardrobe. Additionally, you have access to a generously-sized room where meals can be enjoyed during inclement weather. A private bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate private toilet, are provided for your convenience. For your entertainment, there is also a TV room with a comfortable leather sofa.

During pleasant weather, breakfast and meals can be savored by the pool. Should you desire, a table d'hote option is available upon request for an additional fee, featuring delectable regional specialties such as seafood platters and fresh oysters.

Rest assured, a designated parking space is reserved for you within the secure premises. The room rate varies depending on the season, ranging from 75 to 95, and includes a delicious breakfast and unlimited access to the swimming pool from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM.

At our establishment, we prioritize the discretion and independence of our guests. Reservations can be made via email or telephone after sending the rental contract and a 25% deposit of the total stay price.
