Description for B&B:

Le Clos des Noyers, situated in the charming town of Combronde, is a quintessential Auvergne residence adorned with Volvic stonework. This 19th-century mansion has meticulously preserved its period charm, boasting high molded ceilings, marble fireplaces in every room, and exquisite oak paneling in the reception areas. The grand entrance hall, featuring a trompe l'oeil painted ceiling and silk screened glass panes, warmly welcomes guests.

For relaxation, guests have access to the lounge, which doubles as a TV-library. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining room, the spacious kitchen, or on the sunny south terrace.

Ascend the magnificent Volvic stone staircase to reach the guest rooms, which offer a choice of three double bedrooms or the "The Combrailles" suite. These rooms exude tranquility, comfort, and are tastefully decorated with inspiration from the Auvergne countryside.

Surrounded by walls, the property guarantees privacy. At the front, a sizable south-facing terrace and a charming French garden await. At the back, a medieval garden featuring an array of flowers and a square dedicated to herbs leads to a vast park, home to various majestic trees including cedar, pine, chestnut, redwood, and charm. An orchard boasting apple, pear, cherry, and grape trees adds to the picturesque scenery.
