Located on the ground floor of a detached home in Six-Fours, this room offers a beautiful view of the garden. It has its own independent entrance, providing privacy and tranquility. The villa is situated in a residential area, just 700 meters away from the city center and at the foot of Fort de Six-Fours and the college.

The room features a comfortable 140x190 bed, a flat-screen TV with a 107 cm screen, and Wi-Fi access. It also has a private bathroom with a shower and washbasin. For convenience, there is a pine chest of drawers available for storing clothes, and both sheets and towels are provided.

Adjacent to the room is a space with a sofa bed that can accommodate either two children or two adults. An additional bed can also be arranged upon request.

The price per night for the room ranges from 65 to 100 euros, depending on the season and the number of nights. For couples, there is an additional charge of 10 euros per child, which applies regardless of the period of stay.

Smoking is not permitted inside the room, but guests are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out time is at 10:30, unless otherwise requested. A security deposit of 100 euros is required upon arrival, which will be returned upon departure.
