Welcome to our locations! We have 3 charming farms with various accommodations and amenities to ensure your comfort and relaxation.At Farm 1, we have an indoor pool (9m) that is heated to a cozy 30°C, perfect for your well-being. We also have a hammam available for your enjoyment.
The Hawk is a spacious accommodation that can comfortably sleep 8 to 19 people, including 15 adults, 4 children, and 2 babies. With 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a 70m² kitchen and living room area, it's the ideal space for your group.
Le Pivert is another lovely option that can accommodate 4 to 10 people and 1 baby. It features 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a lounge, and a bathroom.
For a more intimate setting, The Tit is a renovated two-floor cottage with a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom in a separate annex.
In addition to our accommodations, we also offer "The Kabuki and Spa Institute" connected to our wellness area. The farmhouse itself has a rich history, dating back to the 1740s to 1820. It consists of a 40m long south-facing farmhouse, with The Tit, The Swallows (conference room), and The Owl (recording studio) located nearby.
All our renovations have been done using ecological materials, in line with the original spirit of the house. The exterior is adorned with lime, sand, and warm ocher colors, creating a beautiful contrast with the 2500m² garden filled with grass, plantings, swings, and a playground. Private parking is also available.
Our cottages are situated in Québriac, in the heart of romantic Brittany, just 30km from Rennes and St Malo. At the end of the locality, you can easily access the canal Ille et Rance for long bike rides or peaceful walks.
