Come and stay at our spacious 200m² house, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. The house seamlessly combines both old and contemporary styles, offering a unique and charming atmosphere. With beds for up to 18 people in 2 bedrooms and a dorm, there's plenty of room for everyone. Plus, we have a sauna chalet available for our guests, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

In the summer months, we even offer the possibility to rent a charming trailer on the premises, adding an extra touch of adventure to your stay. With 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs, there's no need to worry about a lack of facilities. And for those hot summer days, our large private swimming pool (5*10m) is the perfect spot to cool off and have fun.

Surrounded by 15 acres of wood and meadows, including a tranquil fishpond, our property offers a peaceful and picturesque setting. Feel free to bring all your camping materials and enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. We even have a bowling area for petanque enthusiasts.

Pets are more than welcome to join you on your vacation. We understand that they're part of the family too.

If you're planning a private event, our 62m² hall is at your disposal. With private parking space for 50 cars, accommodating your guests is a breeze. And with only a 2-hour drive from Paris, our location is easily accessible. The 500m² courtyard with a lush lawn adds a touch of elegance to any gathering.

For added convenience, we have a downstairs bathroom accessible for people with disabilities, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their stay with ease.

Directions from Paris:

To reach your destination, follow these steps:

1. Start by taking either the A6 or N118 road towards the A10.
2. Continue on the A10 until you reach the A11 motorway.
3. At kilometer 228, take exit number 11 towards Durtal.
4. After the toll exit, you will come across a roundabout. Take the right turn towards Durtal.
5. Keep going straight until you reach a T junction. Take a right turn towards Baugé.
6. Follow the road, passing by a castle on your right and crossing a bridge.
7. After approximately 200 meters from the bridge, you will see a hotel/restaurant called "La Boule d'or" on your left. Just after this, make a left turn to continue towards Baugé.
8. After about 1.5 kilometers, make another left turn to head towards "les Rairies".
9. Stay on this road, crossing over "les Rairies" until you enter a small wood.
10. After a few kilometers, you will come across a ranch called "ferme du Tertre" on your left. Continue past it.
11. After the ranch, take the second road on your right, approximately 500 meters ahead.
12. Follow this road for 500 meters, continuing straight when it forms a right angle towards the left.
13. The first house on your left side is "The Petite Richardière", your destination.
