The available room for rent has a boat cabin style and is connected to a wooden bathroom. It offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere with a small sliding door that leads to a private garden. The room is equipped with double glazing for added comfort. It has three different types of lighting, a night table, two 220V outlets, an office with a chair, door hangers, and coat hooks. Please note that there are three steps to enter the room, so it may not be suitable for disabled guests. Sheets and towels are provided, and there is WIFI available.

The shared spaces include an American kitchen that is fully equipped for you to use at any time. There is also a comfortable salon with a stove and a large TV-screen for your entertainment. Outside, you can enjoy the deck with wooden furniture, chairs, and a plancha for outdoor cooking. The wooden bathroom features a corner bath, and there is a separate ventilated toilet.

The rates for the room are $38 per night for one person for stays of two nights or more. For a week from Monday to Friday, the rate is $180 for five nights.
