This lovely property features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with a large stone fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms with beautiful beamed ceilings and breathtaking views of the valley from the windows. Additionally, there are two balconies, one ideal for enjoying the morning sun and the other perfect for sipping a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the valley.

Outside, you can indulge in outdoor dining on the terrace, complete with a barbecue, providing the perfect setting to relax and savor a delicious home-cooked meal.

Les Gites Fleuris, where La Wisteria is located, is a family-friendly establishment that offers a range of amenities. Take a dip in the pool or unwind in the jacuzzi, while children have their own play area with swings, a climbing wall, a raised fort, slide, and a volley/badminton net. For indoor entertainment, there is a games room with various games, toys, and a ping pong table. Guests also have access to a central laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as WiFi throughout the property.

After a day of exploring the sights in the area, return to Les Gites Fleuris to relax and unwind. Its ideal location in Hautefort allows for easy exploration of the Dordogne Region, which boasts an array of incredible attractions within a one-hour radius. Known as the home of the black truffle, one of France's most famous and luxurious foods, as well as foie gras, a typical French delicacy made from fattened goose or duck liver.
