The Studio Jardin d'Hiver can accommodate 2 persons and is located on the garden level. It is a fully equipped 18m² studio with independent access to the garden. The sleeping area features a comfortable BZ bed measuring 140 cm.

The Studio Amande is a spacious 34 m² studio that can accommodate 2 to 4 persons. It is also situated on the garden level and has an independent access through a window-door leading to the garden. The sleeping area consists of a 130 cm bed and a 130 cm click-clack sofa bed.

The Provence Suite is a large 42 m² two-room accommodation that can accommodate up to 6 persons. It is also located on the garden level. The suite features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a fully equipped American kitchen, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The sleeping area in the living room includes a sofa bed and two single beds.

To reach Le Mascaret, follow these travel directions:
- If traveling from Paris, take the train from Paris Gare Saint Lazare heading towards Deauville/Trouville. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the railway station.
- If driving from Paris, take Autoroute A13 towards Rouen, and then continue towards Deauville. The hotel is located along this route.
