We have a cozy chalet located at the bottom of our property, just a few meters away from the river. It is fully equipped for two people and offers a peaceful environment with no noise from the surrounding woods. Despite its serene location, the chalet is conveniently only 900m away from the city. You can conveniently park your car on the property, although the designated parking area is approximately 200m away from the chalet.

The chalet also includes a private above ground swimming pool, a teak garden table, a barbecue, and deckchairs for your enjoyment. Inside, you will find a comfortable double bed, a kitchenette, a shower, a TV, a fridge, a freezer, and a washing machine.

Please note that we do not accommodate guests from July 14 to August 18, as we rent the entire house during this period.

Parking is available on the property, although the chalet itself is situated 200m away from the parking area.

Inside, you'll find a double bed, a convenient kitchenette, a refreshing shower, a TV, a fridge, a freezer, and a washing machine, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate guests from July 14 to August 18, as during this period, we exclusively rent out the entire house.

Directions

To reach your destination, take the last exit towards "Cannes-Grasse" at the first roundabout. Then, turn right at the first right at the second roundabout. Proceed straight for 1km and when you reach the Casino supermarket, take the first right. At a large roundabout, take the third right onto Boulevard Louis Icard. The house you are looking for is located at 97, which is the last house on the left at the end of the impasse.
