Description:

Description for Gite

Our charming cottage is situated only 100 meters from the sea, in the beautiful village of Penmarc'h (29,760). Located in the heart of the country bigouden in South Finistère, it offers a peaceful and idyllic retreat. Penmarc'h boasts 8 km of sandy beaches and coves, making it the perfect destination for beach lovers.

The cottage itself is a delightful "sea" themed house, with a south-facing orientation. It has been completely renovated in 2008 using natural and ecological materials such as hemp, lime, and wood wool. The house spans over 60 square meters and offers a cozy and comfortable living space.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with exposed beams and a stove. There is also a convenient laundry room with a washing machine. Upstairs, there are two lovely bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds with the option of accommodating a third person. There is also a well-appointed bathroom with a sink, shower, and WC. Each room is equipped with heating, and we also provide a high chair, bath, and cot for families traveling with young children.

Outside, there is a charming terrace of 17 square meters, facing south and sheltered. It is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals and soaking up the sunshine.

The prices for a week's stay at our cottage are as follows: €520 during July and August (high season), €350 during school holidays in June and September (mid-season), and €300 during other periods (low season). We also offer weekend rentals during certain periods, with prices starting from €150 for mid-season and €100 for low season. Please note that water and electricity charges are not included in the prices and will be calculated based on the current billing rate and meter readings.

Check-in time is from 3 pm on Saturdays, and check-out is at 10 am on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. To secure your reservation, we require the signed lease and a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. The remaining payment can be made upon arrival.

We invite you to come and experience a truly unforgettable holiday at our beautiful cottage by the sea.
