Additionally, there is a technical room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is a garden terrace with a barbecue, as well as a shared park.

Moving upstairs, the first bedroom features a 160x200 bed, while the second bedroom offers a bed measuring 90x190. The third bedroom has a bed measuring 100x200. Each bedroom includes a wardrobe, and there is also a dresser available. The house features a bathroom and a corridor/mezzanine attic.
