Experience the tranquility of our charming cottages on the beautiful Vendée coast, just a stone's throw away from the sea and stunning beaches. Located in the picturesque Pays de la Loire region, our cottages are situated amidst nature, providing a peaceful retreat. We offer a newly built lodging that can accommodate up to 6 people, as well as three guest rooms in a renovated farm building. The property spans approximately 3 hectares and includes fenced paddocks, a stable, an arena, and ski upholstery for horse enthusiasts.The cottage features a modern design with brick walls and spans 60 square meters. It comprises two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a room with two single beds. There is also a spacious bathroom with a sink and a large shower. Additionally, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge freezer, combination stove, electric oven, and microwave is provided. Enjoy your own private garden with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.
The guest rooms, located in the old farm building, offer spacious accommodations ranging from 24 to 32 square meters. Two of the rooms can accommodate up to 4 people, while the largest room can accommodate up to 5 people. A shared conservatory and kitchen are available for guests to enjoy meals on-site. Each room has its own separate entrance.
Conveniently, all shops and services are just 2 kilometers away. Access to the beach is possible by bicycle, with small safe routes and dedicated bicycle paths available. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for horseback riding, hiking, and biking. We provide recommended routes that take you through marshes, farmland, forests, and the stunning coastline. Additionally, the famous attractions of Le Puy du Fou and La Rochelle aquarium are within an hour's drive.
For sports enthusiasts, our coast is renowned for its fantastic surf spots, sand yachting, speed sailing, kite surfing, sailing, and windsurfing. Just 10 minutes away, the Indian Forest adventure park offers thrilling experiences for adrenaline seekers.
Nature lovers will be delighted by the nearby Payré Point and its holm oaks, as well as the Arçay Point and bird sanctuary.
