Situated on the third and fourth floors of a charming cottage near the sea, it offers stunning panoramic views of the beautiful bay of Arguenon. The apartment features two spacious terraces, one measuring 12 m2 and the other 20 m2. The interior is tastefully furnished and offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a microwave, oven, electric ceramic hob, vacuum table, dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, especially if you're planning to cook fresh seafood. The living room, measuring 30 m2, is furnished with two leather sofas, a booster seat, and a multimedia package including a mini TV and small TNT channel selection.

The ground floor also includes a north-facing terrace accessible from the kitchen, offering a full view of Wednesday, and a south-facing terrace accessible from the living room. The south terrace, measuring 20 m2, features comfortable teak lounge furniture for six people. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower cabin and a separate toilet on this floor.

Moving upstairs, you'll find a south-facing bedroom decorated in art deco style. It features a spacious bed measuring 1.60 m with a cozy quilt, a large wardrobe, and two bedside tables.
