Located just 45km from Paris and 9km from Disneyland Paris, this charming gite is nestled in a beautiful forest region and surrounded by a lovely village that has inspired many Parisian painters. The property, which dates back to the 19th century, sits on a large park of 1.5 hectares and is bordered by the Morin river.

Inside, the gite boasts carefully done decoration and offers a nice provision of services. On the ground floor, there is an entrance, a spacious living/dining room of 40 m2, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a convenient WC and two rooms with two single beds each. Moving up to the first floor, you will find two additional rooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom complete with a bathtub and a balneo-shower.

The gite is equipped with central gas heating, which incurs a daily cost of 8 to 16 euros. Bed linen can be rented for an additional fee of 12 euros per bed, and there is also a tumble dryer available for use. A stay-tax of 0.99 euros per day per person applies. For those who require additional space, a reception room is available for rent.

Furthermore, the gite offers easy access to Paris and the RER, making it convenient for those who wish to explore the city. Additionally, there is a bed and breakfast option available on-site. During the spring and summer months, a hot water package can be purchased for 5 euros.
