Description:

Description for Gite

Welcome to our lovely and comfortable apartment located in the historic center of the city. Despite being close to all amenities, it is situated on a quiet street.

This unique apartment features a king-size bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge. While it is spacious enough for two people, the double sofa bed can accommodate an additional two people. However, please note that there is only one bathroom, which is en suite to the bedroom. Therefore, the extra two guests will have to pass through the bedroom. Please consider this when booking for three or four people.

The en suite bathroom is spacious and equipped with clean, modern fittings. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, and the lounge area is spacious with a dining area.

One of the highlights of this apartment is its unique views over Rue des Litanies, as it bridges over the street. The apartment was completely renovated in January 2014, retaining its original character while incorporating modern fixtures for comfort and convenience. Additionally, there is another apartment above this one, allowing families and friends to book both apartments and enjoy their holiday together (Ref: 1439318 Maison sur Larc).

Pezenas is a vibrant and creative community surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields. There are numerous events throughout the year, and the town offers wonderful restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops. The beautiful old town center is rich in history and culture, with a cinema and three theaters. There is also a reliable and affordable bus service that connects to all villages and towns in the region. The lovely beaches of the south coast are only 25 minutes away, as well as the National Park of the High Languedoc, which is perfect for walking, cycling, or visiting historic and beautiful villages. Montpellier is also just 50 minutes away.

Please note that a 300€ damages deposit is required upon arrival. We assure you a warm welcome and a comfortable stay in our apartment.
