This charming village house is perfect for a cozy getaway in the heart of Vivario, Haute-Corse. With 40 m² spread over two levels, it is an ideal retreat for two people. Located just 20 km from the prestigious Corte University, known as the Pascal Paoli University, this house offers easy access to the famous Gorges Restonica and the exciting GR20 hiking trail. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near rivers and only an hour away from the beach.

The house is surrounded by small shops, including a grocery store, tobacco bar, restaurant, pizzeria, inn, post office, and railway station, ensuring that you have all the necessities within reach. The first level of the house consists of a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area, complete with a washing machine, top table fridge, gas stove, microwave, small appliances, TV, and seating options. On the second level, you will find a bedroom with a cozy 140 bed, a dresser, and a bathroom with toilet.

Vivario is a commune within the Regional Natural Park of Corsica, offering beautiful natural surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. With Ajaccio, the largest nearby city, just an hour away, and the sea also within an hour's reach, you can easily explore the area and enjoy a variety of activities.

For your convenience, we offer an option for end-of-stay cleaning for an additional fee of 40. We also provide pillows, pillowcases, blankets, quilts, and towels. Bed linen is available for 8 and towels for 4 per person. A refundable deposit of 300 is required.
