Description for Gite

The Bergerie is available for weekly rentals. It features a spacious living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, including an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Enjoy the scenic views of the valley and the swimming pool while using the barbecue on the covered terrace. Rest comfortably in the large double bedroom, and make use of the bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, laundry machine, and dryer. Additionally, there is an extra room with a mezzanine, offering a double bed and three single beds, with its own separate bathroom. For smaller groups, we also have another gîte called "Le Bois" which accommodates 2 people.

Directions

Clot des Tilleuls is situated in the village of Masquières. If you are traveling from Limoges or Toulouse on the A20, take exit 58 labeled "Cahors Sud". After driving for 2 km, you will reach a roundabout. Take a right at the roundabout, following the sign for Cahors on the N20. Once on the N20, at the second roundabout, continue towards Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Agen on the D653. Drive for another 10 km and then turn right onto the D656, still heading towards Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Agen. Around 500m before reaching the roundabout of Tournon d'Agenais, make a right onto the D151, which will lead you towards Thézac and Mauroux. After passing the wine cellar labeled "Vins du Tzar", take the first right turn, followed by the first left. At the end of this road, make a left turn. Clot des Tilleuls will then be visible on your right, approximately 500 meters ahead.
