Welcome to our charming countryside gite, a haven for nature lovers and walkers seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of busy roads. Our property boasts a large, well-maintained garden with garden furniture, providing the perfect setting for enjoying a refreshing drink or meal on a sunny day.

Outside, you will find private parking for up to four cars, as well as a beautiful flowered entrance with a paved stones area. The highlight of our outdoor space is the 80 square meter rose marble terrace, complete with a pergola, where you can relax and unwind. Additionally, we provide garden furniture and a barbecue for your convenience. Families with children will appreciate the swing set and sandbox, ensuring plenty of entertainment for the little ones.

Inside the gite, the ground floor features a separate room equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, and cleaning supplies. There is also a separate WC with a cupboard and cleaning products. The main bathroom is well-appointed with a bath, WC, cupboard, mirror, and wash hand basin. The solid oak timber kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, cooker hood/hood extractor, 1.5 bowl sink, small and large electric ovens, microwave oven, and fridge/freezer. The living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a traditional wood fireplace, dining area, angle sofa, TV, pay phone, books, and games. From here, you can enjoy direct access to the garden and stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

On the first floor, you will find three comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with a closet, while Bedroom 2 features four single beds and a closet. Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with a closet, color TV, a bed for a baby, and a balcony. There is also a bathroom with a separate shower, wash hand basin, and mirror.

To ensure your comfort throughout the year, the cottage is equipped with electric panel heaters and a separated electrical unit for warm water production. We also provide a VIVA service phone for your convenience.
