Our room options include the following:- Chapel Room: This room is very bright and faces the park and chapel from the twelfth century. It features a natural hemp-lime coating in a sienna color, with a Scots pine floor treated with organic oils. It has a double bed (160), a bright bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
- Fountain Room: This cozy and spacious room also faces the park, the twelfth-century chapel, and the beautiful stone fountain from Volvic. It has a natural hemp-lime plaster in fused yellow-orange-ocher-tan colors, and a chestnut floor treated with organic oils. The room has a grand central bed (160), a bright bathroom with a bath, and a toilet with tadelakt finish.
- Swallows Room: This room has a very spacious "cottage atmosphere" and warm colors, with a pine floor treated with organic oils. It has a double bed (160) with the option to add 1-2 extra beds (additional cost applies). The bathroom has a large corner bath and a toilet.
- Serve Room: This room has a light pastel color scheme and offers beautiful views of the mountains of Combrailles. The pretty chestnut flooring is treated with hard oils. It has an "old" bed (140) and a bright bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
- Park Room: This room has a spacious and uncluttered atmosphere, with views of the park and forest. The Scots pine flooring is treated with harsh oils. It has a double bed (160) with the option to add 1 or 2 extra beds (additional cost applies). The large bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a separate toilet.
Our showroom features a large living room with a fireplace, providing a serene environment for socializing and relaxation. Adjacent to the living room is a winter garden with regional tourist information available for guests. We also have a Natron living area, with an African atmosphere, offering privacy and a regional library for guests to enjoy.
In our immediate surroundings, we have a stone terrace that extends from our house, overlooking the park and twelfth-century chapel. Guests can relax on sun loungers or under the shade of a great ash tree, enjoying the peace and quiet while listening to birdsong. Our extensive park area features a wide variety of trees and stone benches, inviting guests to take a leisurely stroll. Additionally, guests can discover our garden vegetables and fruits, which are used in our dinner preparations.
For those interested in exploring the area, there are beautiful walking and cycling trails nearby that offer a total immersion in pure and untouched nature. We are also conveniently located near cultural landmarks such as Thiers, the world's cutlery capital, VICHY, known for its mineral water, Clermont-Ferrand, the regional capital with its volcanic hills, and the AMBERT paper mill.

Surrounded by the serene beauty of nature, the park lodging offers a tranquil and well-preserved environment. Conveniently located 14 km from the A89, just 15 minutes away from Thiers (renowned as the world capital of cutlery), 30 minutes from the splendid Vichy (known as the queen of spas), and 35 minutes from the vibrant Clermont-Ferrand (capital of the Auvergne region), this place is an ideal sanctuary for relaxation, rejuvenation, and outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain biking (with trails passing by the nearby fountain). Additionally, there are numerous cultural and tourist attractions in close proximity to the lodging.Our cottage, proudly awarded with the prestigious 3 ears Gîtes de France label, is fully equipped with modern comforts. It boasts a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed (160) and another bedroom with a queen-size bed (140) and two single beds (90). The bathroom features a refreshing shower, with a toilet located on both the ground floor and upstairs, complete with a washbasin. The large kitchen opens up to a charming stone terrace that overlooks the picturesque park and a twelfth-century chapel. You can also unwind in the spacious living room, which is furnished with a television, DVD player, and a cozy wood-burning stove, providing a delightful view of the flames.
The cottage is constructed using natural and ecological materials such as wood, stone, old floor tiles, hemp wall coverings, and painted in warm Sienna and Havana colors. It is equipped with convenient amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven, iron and ironing board, barbecue, and garden furniture, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Directions
If you are coming from Clermont Ferrand via the A 89, take EXIT 29 towards Thiers. After the toll, at the roundabout, follow the signs for VICHY for approximately 7 kilometers. Then, take the direction towards SAINT VICTOR MONTVIANEIX by the D 85. Travel about 500 meters and turn right at the crossroads onto the D64 towards SAINT VICTOR MONTVIANEIX. Along this route, you will pass through the hamlets of Marette and Guesles. After Guesles, which is approximately 1.7 kilometers away, look for the sign for Domaine de Montvianeix and turn left onto the paved road.
If you are coming from Lyon via the A89, take the exit at ST REMY DUROLLE (EXIT 30). After the toll, take the first right towards PALLADUC. In Palladuc, take a left onto the D201 and continue for about 3.3 kilometers towards SAINT VICTOR MONTVIANEIX. Then, take a right onto the D64 and always follow the signs for ST VICTOR MONTVIANEIX. Be careful when you reach the junction with the D43, as you must stay on the D64 and not go towards ST VICTOR MONTVIANEIX. Along the D64, you will pass through the small hamlet of Fagot. Approximately 1.2 kilometers after the signpost for Domaine de Montvianeix, turn right onto the paved road.
If you are coming from Vichy via the D906, follow the direction towards Thiers, passing through PUY GUILLAUME and PASLIERES while remaining on the D906. After about 2 kilometers, turn left onto the D64 towards ST REMY DUROLLE and ST VICTOR MONTVIANEIX. Travel for approximately 8 kilometers, passing through the hamlets of Marette and Guesles. After Guesles, which is about 1.7 kilometers away, leave the D64 by turning left at the signpost for Domaine de Montvianeix and continue on the small paved road.
