It offers 60 sqm of living space, along with an additional 12 sqm mezzanine that includes a sitting area, bed, and desk. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and all necessary amenities. The cozy living area features a library, a television with 19 channels, and a radio cassette. The cottage is heated with oil and also includes an electric duct heater in the oil bath.Outside, there is a private courtyard of 29 sqm with a barbecue and garden furniture for your enjoyment. Additionally, guests have access to a communal garden with games and a children's pool. The property also provides a closed parking lot for your convenience.
For your convenience, linens are available for rent, as well as mountain bikes, road bikes, children's bikes, and a tandem tricycle. Fresh eggs from the henhouse can also be purchased on the day of your stay.
