The farmhouse, renovated in 2012, is situated in a 5,000 m² park filled with a variety of trees, providing numerous seating areas for relaxation. Our home is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from both the TGV high-speed train station and the nearest motorway exit. The train ride to Paris takes only 55 minutes, and by car, you can reach the capital in just 2 and a half hours. The center of Tours is a short 15-minute drive, and Amboise Dierre aerodrome is only 10 minutes away, making it ideal for light aircraft owners. We are happy to assist with flight planning.Breakfast is served on the ground floor in a spacious living room, measuring over 60m², featuring a magnificent fireplace. The first floor offers three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and toilet. Guests can also enjoy a game of billiards or relax with a book in the mezzanine area.
For your convenience, we provide private parking and a secure storage room for bicycles, fishing equipment, golf gear, and other belongings.
In good weather, you can enjoy a picnic in the garden, shaded by the trees.
Our house offers a peaceful and authentic charm, allowing you to admire the reflections of the Cher river at any time.
Please note, from May to September, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
