Low season rates:- 280 euros per week during school holidays (Halloween, Carnival, and Easter)
- 290 euros per week
High season rates:
- 350 euros per week during July, August, and December
Weekend rates:
- 80 euros per night for a minimum of two nights
Additional charges:
- An extra 50 euros for rentals between 1st November and 31st March for heating
Booking details:
- A 25% deposit is required upon booking
- The remaining balance is to be paid upon arrival in the house
- A deposit of 150 euros is also required upon arrival in the house.

Impeccable
En pleine saison nous avons réservé cet " appartement". Il est situé dans une rue tres calme. L'appartement est incroyablement spacieux, superbement équipé, même du nécessaire de toilette, necessaire de nettoyage, linge de lit, ... La propriétaire est bien sympathique et présente si besoin. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation et en ferons bonne publicité.

Neubois, situated in the heart of Alsace and at the edge of the Vosges Mountains, is a village with 700 inhabitants. It serves as a perfect base for exploring hiking trails, embarking on the wine route circuit, and visiting numerous castles. One of the most renowned castles, Ht Koenigsbourg, is just a 15-minute drive away. In winter, you can enjoy skiing within approximately 30 minutes by car and explore the many Christmas markets that Alsace is famous for.
