With a convenient 15-minute drive to Chartres, Nathalie and Dominique are delighted to welcome you to our beautifully restored former stables. Each of our three comfortable rooms exudes character and charm, showcasing original features such as exposed beams, traditional floor tiles, and a rustic timber decor. All rooms offer private bathrooms and independent ground floor access, ensuring convenience and privacy for our guests. Our bed and breakfast is also fully accessible to persons with reduced mobility, and we provide secure closed parking for your peace of mind. Please note that for the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed and our rooms are strictly non-smoking.

Description for Gite

This renovated barn offers a spacious 60m2 of living space. On the ground floor, you will find a charming living/dining room with a high cathedral ceiling that opens up to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge/freezer, and a flat screen TV. There is also a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 160 bed, as well as a bathroom with a WC. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine area with two single beds.

Outside, you can enjoy a private enclosed patio with a wooden terrace, where you can relax on the garden furniture and cook up a delicious meal on the provided barbecue. There is also convenient parking available. From the patio, you will have a view of the enclosed pool.

The barn is equipped with electric heating, and linen rental and cleaning services are available upon request. Additionally, this accommodation is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Originaire dIlliers-Combray et habitant en Bretagne, jai trouvé le gîte parfait pour venir visiter ma famille en Eure-et-Loir. Je vous recommande vivement ce gîte très agréable et au calme. Nathalie, la propriétaire des Logis du Breuil, est une personne dune grande gentillesse et surtout très discrète. Le gîte est très bien équipé, spacieux, que ce soit au niveau de la pièce de vie, de la chambre à coucher et de la salle de bain. Nous avons beaucoup aimé laccès au jardin par la terrasse à labri des regards. Lentrée privative dans la cour du gîte est très rassurante pour garer sa voiture. A lavenir, nous y séjournerons dès que nous reviendrons en Eure-et-Loir.
