Conveniently located, our house is a 15-minute drive or 20-minute tram ride from the heart of Montpellier. It's also just 20 minutes away from the airport and the beautiful beaches of Palavas, Carnon, and La Grande Motte.

Our goal is to create a peaceful and tranquil sanctuary where Etienne and Marc will ensure your stay is enjoyable and feels like home. Whether you stay for two nights or a few weeks, we invite you to open our door and make this your new living space.

Experience ultimate privacy and comfort with our exclusive cottage package, offering the entire ground floor and a spacious terrace. This delightful abode features:

- Two charming bedrooms, measuring 20 and 25 m² respectively, each equipped with a luxurious 160 cm bed for two.
- An expansive 35 m² bedroom suitable for two to four individuals, complete with a comfortable 160 cm bed and a convenient sofa bed.
- Every room boasts its own private bathroom, complete with a refreshing shower, as well as a dedicated toilet.
- A fully-equipped kitchen, ensuring you have everything you need for a delightful stay.
- A minimum of two nights is required for a bed and breakfast reservation.

By Car:

Our location is in the northwest of Montpellier. Here is the recommended itinerary if you are coming from Montpellier Airport.

By Train:

If you are arriving at St Rock Station, you can take the tram line 1 towards Mosson. Get off at CHATEAU DO stop. From there, you can walk towards Montpellier center and take the second right onto rue Champollion. Immediately after, take a right onto Impasse nine.
