La Villa Celine is conveniently located on the D613 in the heart of St. Laurent de la Cabrerisse. It was named after Madame Celine Anna Peron and was constructed in the late 19th century. As you enter the ground floor, you will be greeted by a beautiful porch with stained glass doors that lead into a welcoming hallway. On the right side, there is a twin bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom. On the left side, you will find the delightful breakfast room, featuring original stained glass French doors that open up to the terrace and rear garden. The rest of the ground floor consists of a fully-equipped kitchen and a secure room for guest luggage.A wide and gently sloping staircase takes you to the first floor landing where three more guest bedrooms are located, two at the front and one at the rear of the house. Each of these double bedrooms can comfortably accommodate two additional single beds if needed. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, and many still retain their original charming features. The spacious walled garden at the back of the house provides parking space for up to three cars without obstructing the view of the swimming pool.
With its close proximity to the various amenities of St. Laurent, La Villa Celine is an ideal choice for a short getaway or a yearly vacation. The picturesque village of Lagrasse is just 11.5 kilometers away, while the renowned Michelin 3-star restaurant Auberge du Vieux Puits is a mere 13 kilometers from Villa Celine. Additionally, the Abbaye de Fontfroide, the animal reserve at Sigean, and the vibrant city of Narbonne are all easily accessible at distances of 19, 23, and 30 kilometers respectively.

Directions
To reach Villa Celine, follow these travel directions:
1. Exit the A61/E80 autoroute (peage) at junction 25 (Lezignan Corbieres).
2. From the toll area, proceed towards a roundabout and take the left exit onto the D611, which is signposted Fabrezan.
3. Drive approximately 5 kilometers on the D611, continuing through Fabrezan and crossing a small bridge over the river Orbieu.
4. Continue on the D611, driving through vineyards until you reach a T junction.
5. At the T junction, turn right onto the D613, following the signs for St. Laurent de la Cabrerisse.
6. Stay on the D613 for 3 kilometers, passing St. Laurent autos on the right, and continue into the village.
7. Look for a green cross chemist sign on the right-hand side, and Villa Celine will be located a further 50 meters on the right, just before the Spar mini-market.
