The rooms and junior suites in this recently restored old farmhouse offer a cozy and inviting atmosphere, typical of the charming houses found in the hills of Umbria. These accommodations are furnished with a combination of period furniture and contemporary frames designed by Stefania Fior. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and heating for your comfort. The original structure of the farmhouse has been preserved, showcasing the beauty of old wooden beams and a grand-scale external door that leads to a terrace.

Surrounded by a large garden filled with trees, the farmhouse also features a pool nestled within the woods, meadows, and olive groves. Additionally, a picturesque small river awaits you just over 400 meters away, offering a serene escape amidst the stunning hills.

Located on the ground floor, the breakfast room provides a delightful setting for your morning meal. At the buffet, you can indulge in homemade cakes and traditional recipes passed down from our grandmothers. Accompanying these treats are our homemade jams, crafted from fruit grown on our pesticide-free trees using natural fertilizer. Enjoy spreading these delicious jams on typical Umbrian white bread or rye bread, both baked in our ovens. Fresh seasonal fruit, coffee, milk, and more are also available for your enjoyment.
