This is a charming house located in Saint Germain sur Morin, just 6 minutes away from Disneyland and 5 minutes from Val d'Europe/Valley. It is only a 30-minute drive from Paris and conveniently close to shops.We are offering a separate bedroom on the ground floor with its own private terrace access and a bathroom/toilet suite. The house is situated in a tranquil area with a spacious 3000 m2 garden. Private parking is available. The interior is well-maintained and the house is strictly non-smoking.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed that can accommodate 2 adults. Additionally, we can provide an extra bed for a baby, as well as another small bed for an adult or another child. Children will be thrilled to discover a swing, slide, and a variety of toys suitable for all ages. We also have a baby bouncer available.
For those interested, we offer a high-quality dining experience at an attractive price. Nearby, you will find sports complexes, a golf driving range, a charming medieval town, a grand cathedral, a spa, and a swimming pool.
